What is the process for
hiring staff?

and let us know the staff positions you want us to fill. We will
contact you immediately to discuss the requests. We will help you
find staff that fits your needs and will keep in communication with
you throughout the process---through the last session of camp and
until the staff returns home. Following the end of camp, we will
contact you to assess how the process has worked for you.
Where do you recruit candidates?
Although
we reach out to colleges, universities, churches and other contacts
throughout the US, we primarily recruit from the Southwest US. All
of the candidates we recruit are from the US.
Where and how are the nurses licensed?
The
nurses are primarily licensed in states in the Southwest US. We work
with the nurses to obtain necessary temporary licensing for the state
in which the camp is located. We recruit both RNs and LPNs, but primarily
place RNs. Most have experience in public schools.
What specialists are available?
In
addition to counselors and lead counselors, we have recruited specialists
in the following areas:

fees and salaries vary based on the specific positions, the length
of the camp and similar variables.
