Staff Commitment Contract
This form constitutes a binding contract between WHIZRESOURCES,
LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“WRL”) and your
camp (at times “you” or “Camp”). The following
terms and conditions apply to all WRL Participants who will be
placed at and employed by your camp (herein “Participants”)
for the 2007 summer camping season under the camp placement program
administered by WRL.
Camp hereby requests that WRL provide the following
staff for Camp’s 2007 summer session and WRL agrees to provide
such staff in accordance with 2007 Letter of Agreement with camp
and applicable 2007 Program Fee Schedule as provided in 2007 Letter
of Agreement: |
